Originally from Northern Ireland, Charlie has been Rector of St Mary’s since 2002. Prior to ordination in Manchester, he worked as an Architect in Scotland and London and before coming to Bermondsey, worked for the Diocese of Manicaland in Zimbabwe for 3 years. He is married to Sara and they have 5 children.

Peter has been the curate of St Mary’s since 2023. Prior to his ordination, he worked as a political consultant specialising in religious conflict. He is married to Jen and they have one son.

Robin Precey is Churchwarden at St Mary’s. He is a former headteacher and university lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church and BathSpa Universities. He also serves as Chair of governors of St John's and St Paul's CofE Federation (Tower Hamlets), Chair of Human Scale Education, and founder and director of Ethicaled.

Musa has lived in Bermondsey since 2017 and joined the St Mary Magdalen family in 2020. Originally from Kenya, he now works in the UK as a civil engineer.
